JIMMY EDWARDS
When I graduated from Texas Tech, I knew I wanted to pursue career in real estate. I dreamt of being the expert resource for real estate knowledge. That dream took me to Houston, TX where I found an awesome job selling high-end condos. In 2006, I helped facilitate over 10 million dollars in transactions in Houston’s Premier Luxury High Rise Living Community. When the market shifted in 2008, I moved to Dallas, TX. It was then I saw the opportunity to utilize my financial skills to help distressed homeowners. I became licensed as a mortgage loan officer for the State of Texas. In 2011, I closed over 30 million dollars in government mortgage loans for military Veterans. It was then, that I began to shift my focus back to real estate. With prices near all time lows, I began accumulating investment property around the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. In 2012, I put my background and experience to work and High Five House Buyers was born! As an expert resource for real estate investors and home sellers, I have over 12 years of experience in real estate!
KATHRYN SCHMELTZ
Kathryn is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a BBA in Business Marketing. She started her career in real estate in multi-family property management. After working directly alongside the owner of a large investment firm, she knew her passion for real estate was destiny! She has many years of experience evaluating single family homes and multi-family properties. Kathryn’s background in performing due diligence for extremely large projects allows her evaluate any deal, big or small. Kathryn sets herself apart from others because she truly cares about helping people. She loves working with buyers, sellers, and other investors. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, husband Andrew, son James, and their daughter Morgan. On a nice day, you can find Kathryn hiking the trails around the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex!
